Administrator online training

This online training course will focus on basics required to use administrator functions.

This training course will cover the structure and configuration of the system. It will include a series of hands-on, practical experiences. The training course seeks to impart the fundamental expertise required for performing administrator-related tasks.
 

Contents:

• System structure
• Various installations possibilities for the system (system configuration)
• Setting up applications
• User management
• Creating, configuring and executing jobs; configuring agents
• Backing up non-networked automation components
• Maintenance mode
• Backing up the server archive
• Archive Manager (archive and copy older versions, backups, and database entries)
• What's new in octoplant / versiondog
• Discussion:
  • Final questions and any remaining issues
  • Support-related questions
  • Desired future features

The trainings are in German language. On request also possible in English language. Please register in good time. The registration deadline is 2 weeks before the training date.
