Review of USER CONFERENCE 2023

This year's USER CONFERENCE, held on September 21st and 22nd, was a resounding success, providing customers and prospects of AUVESY-MDT with a unique opportunity to delve into the latest developments in industrial automation and product-side innovations from octoplant.

A standout moment of the event was the inspiring presentation by Dr. Felix Brych, FIFA referee, on the topic of "Making Decisions and Maintaining Control in an Unstable Environment." Dr. Brych shared valuable insights into how teamwork, conflict management, and de-escalation techniques from football can be successfully applied to the corporate world.

An impressive live demonstration of a cyberattack on the automated production of @-yet GmbH highlighted the growing threat in the field of cybersecurity in the industry. Cybersecurity in the OT environment was also addressed by Mr. Ralph Langner, CEO of OTbase, in his presentation. Mr. Langner is a renowned expert in this field and provided profound knowledge about current developments and challenges in his engaging talk.

In addition, participants gained insights into product innovations from octoplant and had the opportunity to engage in collaborative working groups to discuss topics such as Customer Engagement, Reporting, Data Analysis in octoplant, and in-depth insights into the TIA Portal. The AUVESY-MDT User Conference 2023 served as a valuable source of knowledge and networking for all attendees, and we are already looking forward to the next User Conference in 2024.
