Consistently focused on growth - AUVESY-MDT expands Executive Board

Stefan Jesse is the new Group Co-CEO and spokesman of the Executive Board, Jochen Schütte becomes the new CFO. Boosted management team drives national and international expansion even further.

Landau i. d. Pfalz, February 06, 2023 – with a newly expanded management team, AUVESY-MDT is off to a strong start in 2023. The global market and technology leader in data and endpoint management in industrial automation is distributing the increasing workload of the globally growing company to new management specialists. Thus, the already very successful domestic and international expansion of the business is moving forward with a very strong set up.

Stefan Jesse has been the new spokesman of the Executive Board and Group Co-CEO of AUVESY-MDT since January 1, 2023. He will be holding this new role as Co-CEO jointly with Dr. Tim Weckerle. The two company leaders have clearly divided up the responsibilities between them. Stefan Jesse will be in charge of Strategy, Commercial, Product, Tech and M&A, while     Dr. Tim Weckerle heads up Operations, Finance, Controlling, Tech Execution, HR and IT. Other members of the Executive Board include Oliver Gronau (CCO) and Will Draper (President of the Americas). Stefan Jesse joined AUVESY-MDT in April 2020. Most recently, he held the position of Group COO (Member of the Executive Board). 

As of February 1, 2023, Jochen Schütte will also be joining the Executive Board as CFO. He is responsible for Finance and HR across the AUVESY-MDT Group. Schütte brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, most recently spending around nine years on the Executive Board and as CFO of F24 AG, Europe's leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for incident and crisis management. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich and an additional Executive Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College. 

As a new member of the Executive Board, Schütte’s main mission is to optimize the framework conditions within AUVESY-MDT in order to help the company realize its ambitious growth targets.

The significant growth trend promises to continue as the company expands in three regions – EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific. In fact, these widening markets already boast more than 2,500 customers – a testament to the fulfilment of the mission expressed in the company’s motto: "We secure the world's automation".
