AUVESY to be recognized as a leading employer once again in 2021

AUVESY has made it onto the Top Medium-Sized Employer list for the third time in a row

Together with the employer rating platform kununu.com, Germany, the magazine Focus Business has revealed which medium-sized companies are the best to work for.
In Germany, SMEs are seen as the backbone of the economy and in many ways the most important employers. Nowadays, matters such as work-life balance are considered key to ensuring employee satisfaction. Rightly so. And visitors to the portal kununu.com can now easily get an initial impression of a potential employer.

How does a company get onto the Top Employer list?

Of the 900,000 or so company profiles on kununu, only those who meet the following criteria on the day of the evaluation will be listed: 

• At least 10 employee reviews on kununu.com 
• A minimum of 5 reviews since since 1.1.2018 
• An average rating of at least 3.5 stars
• A recommendation rate of at least 70% 
• Company location in Germany

To qualify as a medium-sized company, the number of employees must be between 11 and 500. Of the 900,000 companies evaluated in this category, only around 3,400 made it onto the Top Medium-Sized Employer list of 2021. This year AUVESY came in at number 336 of 885 in the IT field.
