CEO Dr. Tim Weckerle welcomes new CCO, Oliver Gronau

The company now seeks to further expand its personnel and strengthen its management team. Dr. Tim Weckerle, CEO of AUVESY since 2017, and Stefan Jesse, who joined the company as COO in 2020, are excited to welcome Oliver Gronau, who joins AUVESY in October 2021, as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Software solutions from AUVESY, in which the investor Hg holds a majority stake, are used internationally by numerous major companies, including Volkswagen, Daimler, Siemens, Coca-Cola and Merck.
The addition of new members to the growing AUVESY family will help the company expand its international marketing and sales structures and paves the way to the next stage of its global expansion, with even greater focus being placed on the strategic development of the company by CEO Dr. Tim Weckerle.
As the new CCO, Oliver Gronau will report directly to Dr. Weckerle. Drawing on his extensive experience in both direct sales and partner sales for software solutions, he will provide targeted support for the expansion of international business, with a particular focus on continuing AUVESY’s recent ongoing expansion, which has so far included both the USA and China. In addition to this, Oliver Gronau also brings with him his many years of experience working at Microsoft, where he was involved in the areas of Azure Cloud Services, and in the planning and implementation of a large number of digital transformation and IoT customer projects. He also has experience in building young companies. All of this makes him a valuable asset to the company and one that will strengthen the management team accordingly.
